A complete range of personal training services including weight loss, toning, cardio, endurance, hypertrophy, and general nutrition is provided. All personal training sessions as provided in your home, place of business, or wherever you wish in the Henderson, NV area. I provide all equipment that we will need during our time together. I personally developed a unique coaching model that combines the National Academy of Sports Medicine recommended best practices to address physical aspects of health and wellness with proven coaching strategies to address mindset and emotional concerns. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Coach, I work with the whole person to help you see maximum results and reach your full potential.

You will definitely want to make sure your personal trainer is certified. This ensures your trainer has completed a rigorous curriculum and passed a comprehensive exam. Some of the top certifying organizations include:

You will be working very closely with this individual and sharing personal information with him or her, so you will want to make sure you feel comfortable with this person.

Do you offer personal training services remotely?

No, I only offer personal training services to clients in Henderson, NV. Although technology has made it possible to communicate with clients remotely, it can be difficult to assess proper form over a monitor which increases risk of injury.
