It’s Not a Diet, It’s a Lifestyle
How You Eat is More Important Than What You Eat. When You Change Your Thoughts About Food, You Change Your Results to Experience a Lasting Lifestyle Change.
MINDSET IS THE FOUNDATION FOR LASTING LIFESTYLE CHANGE
Do you “live to eat”? Do you tend to over-eat your favorite foods and even when you are stuffed, you keep eating because it tastes so good or because it is there? Do you look forward to meals because food makes you happy or associate eating with happiness?
Or, do you “eat to live”? Do you view food as nourishment for your body and necessary for survival? Do you recognize that although food is pleasant and enjoyable, it is not required to make you happy?
By focusing on mindset, we can examine our habits and begin to understand why we do what we do. We can finally feel more in control of food, instead of letting food control us. If your emotions (stress, sadness, boredom, etc) control your eating habits or if you lack self-control and then feel guilty after you eat, it is time to take a look at the underlying cause.
I invite you check out my free ebook that discusses the importance of lifestyle change and why it is absolutely critical to our health to STOP dieting and start living. There is no risk or obligation and I sincerely hope that you will find the tips in this ebook as a good starting point for your journey of self-discovery!
