    review rating 5  I’ve been working with Darleen for a few months and she’s absolutely awesome! Her straightforward and honest approach have helped me improve my ability to combat a lot of food cravings I used to have. It was to the point where I really felt out of control at times. Darleen offers tips and guidance you can actually use, not just stuff that sounds great but isn’t sustainable. Since working with her I’ve dropped weight, improved my body fat percentage, and each day I get better with my food choices. She’ll no doubt work hard to help you form better nutrition habits and stick with them. Not to mention she’s really encouraging, too!

Not only was she so kind and comfortable to work with, her knowledge of the human body, proper form, weight bearing and cardio exercises was more thorough than anyone I had ever worked with in the past. The fact that she loves working with women over 40 is very evident when she creates the personalized workouts. She knew just what I needed to effectively strengthen those common problem areas that develop over the years. I am happy to report that 3+ years later I am without a doubt stronger, healthier and more flexible than I was at 40. Darleen has been great helping me achieve my fitness and nutritional goals, whether it be core strength, balance, weight loss, or something else entirely. I have been (unsuccessfully) trying to lose weight for the majority of my adult life (20+ years!) and for the first time in a very long time I feel like I am back on track and on my way towards reaching my goal. That started the day that I signed up with Darleen. A big part of that success is from the accountability that I get from having a coach, but with Darleen I also get a ton of great advice and support I can count on. Darleen does an excellent job of identifying areas where there's an issue (such as habits or triggers that are holding me back) and then helping me to think through solutions, while also providing helpful tips and ideas. I'm down 6 pounds in less than 4 weeks and I am so excited to continue working with Darleen.

Darleen is supportive–never standing in judgement. She uses an integrated approach to help her clients become the best version of who they want to be.
