My Mission

My mission is to improve the health of busy working adults with effective behavior change and weight loss strategies that are customized for work-life balance.

My Methods

 

My coaching and training methods involve the ability to understand you, to think how you think, and understand your perspective.  I use a combination of coaching, mentoring, and behavior change techniques to help you with your weight loss goals. I use coaching techniques to ask reflective questions that encourages you to think about “why” and “how” you do certain things. I use mentoring techniques to share best practices and to teach you different weight loss strategies and healthy habits. Finally, I use behavior change techniques to not only change behavior, but change any self-limiting beliefs you have.

For the individual who wants a complete range of personal training services including weight loss, toning, cardio, endurance, hypertrophy, and general nutrition.

Health Coaching Programs

For the individual who wants to work independently on a educational or fitness program to reach their nutrition, fitness, weight loss, mindset, or behavior change goals.
