Hello, I’m Darleen!

I started following my passion of health and wellness as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, and Behavior Change Specialist. After a few years of working with clients, I realized my clients weren’t reaching their full potential by focusing on nutrition and exercise alone. Many clients also needed help changing habits such as evening snacking, stress eating, and procrastination, to name a few. I also had several clients who had tried to lose weight in the past but were unsuccessful. These failed attempts from the past had created self-limiting beliefs that were holding them back from achieving their current goals.  Because I needed additional training in habit formation and mindset, I went back to school to become an ACE Certified Health Coach. By combining health coaching best practices with personal training, I have been able to help my clients improve their overall physical results, create new healthy habits, and improve their mindsets.
