Hello, I’m Darleen!

My name is Darleen Barnard and I am a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer specializing in weight loss and habit change.

I believe that busy working professionals, who have sacrificed their health for their careers and families, deserve to finally put themselves first. As a recovering workaholic in the healthcare field and mom to two busy children, I know there is nothing more rewarding than a successful career and raising a family. Unfortunately, I also know the toll it takes on our body. After two decades of burning the candle at both ends, I learned the hard way that without our health, nothing else really matters.

As a Health Coach, I partner with my clients to help them take control of their health and wellness. Together, we set goals around fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and weight and then use habit strategies to achieve a healthier, balanced lifestyle that they can maintain for the rest of their lives. Unlike personal trainers or dieticians who primarily focus on one area, I use a holistic health coaching approach to total wellness.

I have helped thousands of clients all over the world improve their overall health and wellness and I am excited to help you next!
