There is no doubt that technology has changed our world drastically in the last 10-20 years. Younger generations can’t imagine a world without a cell phone in their pocket. But for the rest of us, we have to pause and ask ourselves if this technology has helped or hurt us. As we think back to our lives 20 years ago, were we less stressed or more stressed than we are today? I think most of us would agree we are a lot more stressed today! So how do we de-stress in this stressful world?
